With advanced machinery and a team of skilled, dedicated professionals, we deliver world-class products to our customers. Our sourcing team selects the highest quality areca leaves, which are thoroughly dried and stored. The leaves are then cleaned using brushes, pressure washed with fresh water, and heat pressed to form plates. The edges are trimmed, polished if needed, and sterilized under UV light. These sterilized plates are shrink-wrapped with silica gel, labeled, and packed into carton boxes, ready to be shipped to their destination.

Areca leaf plates are durable, robust, and come in various shapes and sizes, making them a preferred choice for disposable tableware. They can also be customized to meet specific customer needs, with the ability to mold them to any required dimensions.
